New photomanager and uploader

Hello Wikimapians,

For a long time you have had to use a primitive uploader for adding your pictures and photos to Wikimapia, and we have decided to upgrade it and to remove several restrictions.

What has come out of it is rather a photo manager, in which you can perform all the actions with place or street pictures: upload or transload a number of files in a queue, delete and restore them easily, and do all that staying on one page. Accepted files are not restricted in size and resolution anymore, their full-size copies are now also stored and available for download.

Enjoy it and make Wikimapia more picturesque!
